Important update for Subclass 482 and 494 visa holders

The Department has confirmed today that if you have ceased employment with your previous sponsor and a new nomination has been lodged within 180 days, you are not required to stop working for your prospective sponsor, even if this period has already passed.

This means that visa holders can continue working with their new employer while the nomination application is being processed, without being disadvantaged by any delays.
